Sound insulation

 

Noise has become an omnipresent health-hazard, particularly in urban locations or in the proximity of railways, roads and airports.

 

Sky-Frame 3 has been tested in various laboratorys and achieved in special version the excellent sound insulation of:

 

R_w,P = 44 dB (-2, -8)

R_w,P,verre = 49 dB

 

The sound energy can be reduced by a factor of 1'000 at a reduction of 30 dB.
